- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cup chilled butter, diced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup peeled and finely chopped apples
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup sweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
For the glaze –
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- Pinch cinnamon
