- 3/4 cup heavy cream, or half-and-half, or lactose-free cream
- 1/4 cup 2 % milk, or lactose-free milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (plus more for garnish)
- 1 green onion, chopped, for garnish
